These terms are between you and Rocko Media LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Rocko Media,” “we,” “us”). They cover the video and photo work, websites, and custom software we agree to do for you. By paying for work or accepting a quote, you agree to them, along with any written quote or agreement we send you. If they conflict, the quote or agreement wins. If anything is unclear, email hello@rocko.media before you pay.
What we do
We do the work described in your quote or agreement. You give us accurate information about your business, and you confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, video and logos you send us. If hosting or upkeep is part of your quote, the quote says so.
Pricing and billing
- The scope and price in your quote, invoice or checkout at the time you pay are what you get and what you pay.
- Payment is due as stated in your quote or invoice. If your work includes a monthly charge, it renews on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Payments already made aren’t refunded unless your quote or agreement says otherwise.
- Payments go through Stripe, by invoice or a link we send you. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. If a payment fails, we’ll email you; if it still isn’t paid, we may pause or end the work or plan. We’ll email you before we change any monthly price, and the change starts with your next billing period.
Changes to the work
Small changes to wording, photos, colors, hours and simple pages are covered as your quote or agreement describes. Anything bigger (a database, logins, payments, new features, or extra video or photo work) is quoted separately, with the price told to you before we start, and isn’t charged unless you agree.
Domains
If your quote includes a domain, we register it in your business name and it is yours. If you cancel a plan that includes one, we hand over control once any transfer lock passes (usually 60 days after it’s registered or transferred). If you already own a domain, it stays yours. Special endings or premium names cost extra, and we tell you the price first.
Who owns what
- You own your domain, your content, and the finished work you’ve paid for, except for our tools described below. Your content means your business name, logo, photos, video and the text on your site, including text we write for you.
- We own our own tools, templates, code and designs. You can use them as part of your finished work as long as the work stays in use.
- You let us host and show your content so we can deliver the work.
- We may mention that we did the work and show it as an example, unless you tell us not to.
If you cancel
Email hello@rocko.media to cancel any ongoing plan. Cancelling stops future charges. If we host your site, it comes down at the end of your paid period, and before then you can ask for a copy of your content (text and photos). We can also end work or a plan if payment fails or these terms are broken. When we can, we’ll tell you first.
Our assistants are AI
Some of the emails, messages and calls you get from us are handled by AI assistants, not people. If you ask whether you’re talking with a person or with AI, they’ll tell you. You can always reach a person at hello@rocko.media.
Using your site
Don’t use your site or our work for anything illegal or misleading, or for anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We can remove content that does.
What we don’t promise
We work to keep anything we host online, but we can’t promise it will never go down. We don’t promise any number of calls, customers or search rankings. The work and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we aren’t liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Changes and law
We may update these terms. We’ll email active clients about any material change before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
