Rocko Media LLC (“Rocko Media,” “we”) runs rocko.media. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into a form on this site, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, and any note.
- What you send us by email, chat or phone, including conversations with our AI assistants.
- If you pay for work or a plan: your name, email and billing details, handled by Stripe (we never see your full card number), and the business details we need to build your site and register your domain in your business name.
How we use it
- To reply to you and work on your website or project.
- To send you quotes, invoices or payment links, receipts, updates, and other emails about work you asked for.
- To run your plan: billing, renewing your domain, and keeping your site online.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services we use to run the business (below).
Services we use
- Cloudflare hosts this site and may log basic request data such as IP address and browser type for security.
- Form submissions are sent to our inbox by email through Cloudflare.
- Stripe processes payments, manages subscriptions and sends receipts.
- We use Cloudflare Registrar to register a domain for any customer who needs one.
- AI providers power our assistants and process the messages you send them.
- Fonts are served from our own site.
- Google Analytics (Google): measures how visitors use rocko.media, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are. It uses cookies and sends that usage data to Google. We use it to understand and improve the site. You can block it with your browser settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Google Analytics reporting access: Rocko Media also has read-only access to reports from its own Google Analytics account, such as visitor counts, traffic sources and page performance. We use the third-party AI service providers that power our assistants to process those reports so we can review and improve the site. This access adds no tracking to the site, collects nothing new from visitors, and cannot change Analytics settings or this website.
We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
Our assistants are AI
Some of the emails, messages and calls you get from us are handled by AI assistants, not people. If you ask whether you’re talking with a person or with AI, they’ll tell you. What you tell them is used the same way as anything else you send us.

Don’t want emails from us? Reply “stop” to any email or write to hello@rocko.media, and we’ll stop.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@rocko.media.
