We captured a customer story for a large equipment finance provider. The testimonial follows a commercial printing business that needed capital to keep up with demand, add equipment, and avoid missing opportunities while waiting on slower financing.

The goal

Turn a real customer relationship into clear proof for sales and the website. The video needed to show the customer’s pressure points, explain why fast, flexible financing mattered, and make the provider’s value easy to believe.

How we approached it

We paired a seated customer interview with narration and shots of their facility. The story moves from the pressure of growth, to the financing relationship, to the confidence of having a partner who could move quickly.
